Ashveld began the way most meaningful things do — quietly, and without a grand plan. We are a small boutique brand, newly founded in Italy, with a single obsession: to create one dress done so perfectly that nothing else is needed.
We are not a heritage house with decades behind us. We are something rarer — a new voice with complete clarity of vision. We knew from the beginning that if we were going to make something, it had to be made properly. That meant one fabric, one silhouette, and no compromises on either.
We chose Genuine Belgian Linen™ — the most breathable, most refined linen on earth — and we took it to Italian artisans whose understanding of cut and drape has no equal. The result is The Capri Dress®. Our first. Our only. For now.

We use only Genuine Belgian Linen™ — a protected designation awarded solely to textiles from the flax fields of Flanders, Belgium. Its long-fiber structure produces a fabric of extraordinary breathability, natural temperature regulation, and a refined hand-feel that deepens with every wear. We will never substitute it.
Made in Italy, without exception
Every Capri is designed and constructed in Italy. Not inspired by Italy — made there. By craftspeople who understand that the fall of a hem and the precision of a cut are not finishing details. They are the work. We will never move production elsewhere in pursuit of margin.
One thing done perfectly
We launched with one dress. That was not a limitation — it was a choice. We believe in doing one thing with total conviction rather than many things adequately. When we expand, it will be with the same discipline. Every piece we ever make will meet the standard The Capri has set.

The Capri travels through two of the world's greatest craft traditions before it arrives at your door. We believe the journey matters as much as the destination — and we want you to know exactly where your dress has been.
Our linen begins in the flax fields of Flanders — the only region on earth where centuries of agricultural tradition, precise climate, and strict quality controls produce the world's finest flax fiber. Every yard is certified Genuine Belgian Linen™.
From Belgium, the fabric travels to our atelier in Italy, where it is cut, constructed, and finished by hand. The open-back silhouette, the tie detail, the precise hem — each element is the deliberate work of artisans who care deeply about what they make.
Every Capri arrives carefully packaged, ready to wear. We ship worldwide with full tracking. What arrives is not simply a dress — it is the culmination of two of the world's great craft legacies, in a single, effortless silhouette.
